Matt Fishman
Founder & CEO
Matt Fishman founded Privion to build a different kind of technology partner — senior-led, AI-native, and lean enough to move at the speed modern businesses actually need. He works as a fractional CTO and hands-on builder, leading engagements across AI, automation, cloud architecture, and custom application development.
Before Privion, Matt spent 20+ years building enterprise software and leading technology teams. He's shipped products used by hundreds of organizations, scaled engineering and consulting teams from zero to delivery, and advised executives on technology strategy across regulated and high-growth industries.
He's based in San Diego with his wife Noemi, sons Jack and Ari, and a Springer Spaniel named Penny. When he's not building, he's usually traveling or behind a camera.
